EA Suite

The argument

One subscription that covers the whole office.

The short version: one subscription that covers everyone in your agency, instead of several that each cover one person. Here is the longer version.

The maths

Add up what you pay now

Most agencies we speak to are paying for some combination of these. Each has its own bill, its own login, its own renewal date, and its own single user. None of them talk to each other, so the same information gets typed in twice, and the gaps between them are where things get dropped.

What most agencies run

  • Photo editingused by the listerown bill
  • Email marketingused by whoever does marketingown bill
  • E-signaturesused by the lettings adminown bill
  • File sharingused by whoever set it upown bill
  • Social schedulingused by nobody, most weeksown bill
  • Review requestsused by nobody, honestlyown bill
vs

With EA Suite

All of it, and the rest of the thirteen, in one subscription.

  • One bill, one renewal date, one support line
  • One login for everyone in the office
  • The parts feed each other instead of ignoring each other
  • Priced to come in under the pile it replaces

Who uses what

Thirteen tools, two or three per person

The objection we expect is reasonable: is this thirteen mediocre tools instead of three good ones?

No agency uses thirteen tools. Each person uses the two or three that match their job. The value is not that any one person gets thirteen things, it is that everyone in the office is covered by one subscription.

One platform

The parts feed each other

A call comes in at half eight in the evening. Here is what happens to it, with nobody re-typing anything and nothing waiting for somebody to remember.

  1. Step 1Call answeredAI ReceptionistThe caller, the property and what they wanted
  2. Step 2Lead capturedLead ManagerA lead with its follow up already moving

  6. Step 6Review askedReview PlatformThe ask, at the moment it lands best

Six tools, one thread. The handover between each of them is the part a collection of separate products cannot do.

How it lands in your agency

Three things we hold ourselves to

  • Configured for your agency

Software you have to set up yourself is software you abandon. We do the setup: branding, branches, permissions, call scripts, the tone your descriptions come out in. We configure the system around how you work. We are not writing bespoke software for each agency, and anyone who promises that is either charging for it or not doing it.

  • Reapit and Alto stay where they are

You do not have to migrate to get value out of this. Talk to Reapit and Talk to Alto mean your existing records stay put and stay usable, while everything the CRM does not cover happens in EA Suite.

    How the integrations work
  • More tools, same price

We are still building, and new tools go into the same subscription without the price going up. What you sign up to today is the smallest version of EA Suite you will ever have.

Worth being straight about

What we are not

  • Not a CRM replacement

We work with the one you have. If you want to move everything into one system eventually, talk to us, but it is not the pitch.

  • Not a US product with a UK flag on it

Rightmove and Zoopla formats, Reapit and Alto connections, UK disclosure requirements. Built here for here.

  • Not something you configure yourself

We set it up with you, and your team logs in to something that already fits how they work.

  • Not thirteen tools you are expected to use

Each person uses the two or three that match their desk. That is the point of it.
