This website, www.easuite.co.uk, is operated by LeadTap Digi Solutions LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India, of 7 A/B, BKR Nagar, Sathy Road, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641012, India. We are the data controller for the information described in this notice.

EA Suite is built for UK estate and letting agencies, and although we are based in India, UK data protection law (UK GDPR) applies to the information this website collects from visitors in the UK. This notice is written to it.

This notice covers this website only: the pages you browse and the forms you can fill in. When an agency becomes an EA Suite customer, the data handled inside the product is governed by the customer agreement, which is provided during onboarding.

The only personal information this website collects is what you type into the demo form or the quote form: your name, agency name, email address, phone number, roughly how many people would need a login, and anything you write in the free text box.

We use it for one thing: to reply to your enquiry and arrange the demo or quote you asked for. The form says we will use your details to contact you about a demo and nothing else, and this notice holds us to that. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell or share your details for advertising.

Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is that you have asked us to take steps before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).

When you submit the form, your enquiry is delivered to our sales inbox as an email. Delivery is handled by Twilio SendGrid, an email delivery service based in the United States; transfers to it are protected by its data processing terms, which include the safeguards UK GDPR requires for international transfers. The inbox itself runs on Google Workspace.

Our team is based in India, so your enquiry is read and handled there. Access is limited to the people who deal with sales enquiries. Your details are encrypted in transit between you, this website and our inbox, and encrypted at rest by Google Workspace, and where a task does not need someone's full details we mask them.

This website is hosted on servers in the London region. Like almost every website, the hosting keeps standard technical logs, which can include your IP address, for security and to keep the site running.

We keep enquiries for two years from your last contact with us, so that we can pick the conversation back up if you come back to us, and then delete them. If you ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, we will.

This website does not set cookies. There is no analytics or tracking on it. The short version is on the cookie policy page.

If you are not happy with how we handle your information, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, although we would rather you told us first so we can put it right.
