Where things stand

Hosted in the UK and EU
Your data is held on infrastructure in the UK and EU.
Each agency is kept separate
Your data and the AI working on it are isolated per agency. Nothing is pooled with another agency on the platform.
Not used to train shared models
Your client data is never used to train AI models shared with anyone else.
Not used for our own purposes
We do not use your data for our own analytics, benchmarking or marketing. It is used to deliver the service to you, and nothing else.
You stay in control of it
You remain the data controller for your clients' information. We act as your processor, on your instructions.
Recorded calls
AI Receptionist records and transcribes calls so your team has a record of what was said. Callers are told the call is recorded.
